We offer support, resources and tools so you can make advances in cancer treatment and research.
The Office of Faculty Development at MSK offers on-site seminars, workshops, and one-on-one coaching on topics including negotiation, time management, public speaking, and promotion. The OFD director also meets individually with faculty members to nurture their professional growth.
We also support faculty attending off-site career development seminars, such as those offered by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). We also partner with our tri-institutional colleagues at Weill Cornell Medical College and The Rockefeller University.
